Join us for a warm and practical workshop designed for parents and caregivers of infants (0–1 year old). This session will focus on how simple, everyday interactions can support your baby’s growth, connection, and development.

During this workshop, we’ll explore:

• How to engage in meaningful “serve and return” interactions 

• What’s happening in your baby’s developing brain 

• How to read and respond to your baby’s cues 

• Understanding developmental readiness 

• Helpful guidance on sleep and nutrition

This will be an encouraging and interactive time to learn, reflect, and grow in confidence as you care for your little one.​
